At EasySave.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights under UK consumer law and how we handle returns.
- Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days after you receive your goods.
- To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period. You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
- You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation.
- Condition of Returned Goods
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.
- You are responsible for handling the goods while in your possession. If items are returned damaged, incomplete, or show signs of unreasonable use, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.
- Exemptions (Items That Cannot Be Returned)
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Personalised, customised, or made-to-order items.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Sealed items (e.g., software, DVDs, cosmetics) once opened for health protection or hygiene reasons.
- Digital content (e.g., downloads, eBooks) once you have started the download or stream with your consent.
- How to Return an Item
- Go to My Account and click arrange return.
- We will provide you with return instructions.
- Return the goods to the address provided, using a tracked service where possible.
Note: Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
- Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- If you only return part of your order, shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if your goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
- Please notify us as soon as possible if you receive a faulty or incorrect item. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return postage.
